The twist is that all Sam’s Crispy Chickens are virtual restaurants or ghost kitchens, with no sit-down dinners available. Sam’s Crispy Chicken is chef-driven by chief culinary officer Martin Heierling, who previously cooked with chef Stephen Starr. In addition to fried chicken sandwiches, Sam’s offers salads such as green goddess fried chicken, fried chicken Caesar salad, and taco fried chicken salad, along with chicken tenders, cauliflower bites, and crispy waffle fries with dips.
